• Planning: Determine the position of the profile in front of the tiles and plan the cable feed or conduit.
• Cutting: Cut the profile to length, cut the corners at an angle, and deburr the cut edges.
• Substrate: The substrate must be clean, load-bearing, dry, and level.
• Installation: Embed the profile in the tile adhesive or screw it tightly, leveling it with a spirit level. The legs are completely filled behind with tile adhesive to prevent hollow spaces.
• Laying tiles: Place the tiles flush against the profile legs and maintain a uniform joint width.
• Grouting: Grout after the adhesive has hardened. Seal the joint between the tile and the profile elastically with sanitary silicone.
• Cleaning: Remove adhesive and grout residues immediately while they are still damp. Do not use abrasive or acidic cleaners.
• Final assembly: Install the LED strip and cover only after the joints have completely hardened and dried.
