• Dot-free light band:
784 LEDs/m in COB technology create a continuous line of light without visible individual dots, even at a small distance from the illuminated surface.
• True white instead of mixed white:
The separate white channel delivers clean warm or cold white without the color cast produced by mixed white from RGB.
• High color rendering:
CRI > 90 ensures natural colors on walls, wood, and textiles.
• Addressable in segments:
14 pixels per meter enable gradients, chasing lights, and effects that cannot be implemented with analog strips.
• External IC:
The driver IC is not located in the LED housing. It is therefore larger, thermally unburdened, and more durable than integrated solutions. If a single LED fails, the strip continues to operate.
• 24V system:
Lower current at the same power, thus longer distances per power supply and less voltage drop than with 12V.
• Two protection ratings:
IP20 for dry indoor areas, IP65 for kitchen, bathroom, and protected areas.
• Open control:
Compatible with WLED and common SPI controllers, thus no dependence on a proprietary app.

• Use an aluminum profile:
At 21 W/m, a profile for heat dissipation is required. Without a profile, the operating temperature increases significantly, which reduces the lifespan and luminous flux.
• Observe the cut marks:
Cut exclusively at the marked spots every 71.42 mm. This corresponds to 14 individually addressable pixels per meter.
• Observe the data flow direction:
The arrows on the PCB indicate the signal direction. The controller is always connected to the data input (DIN). Connecting in the wrong direction prevents control.
• Connection and polarity:
Three wires (24V, GND, DATA), cross-section at least 0.5 mm². Route Data and GND twisted together if possible to avoid signal interference. Incorrect polarity can damage the strip or controller irreparably.
• Size the power supply:
5 m require around 105 W, so about 4.4 A at 24V. A power supply of at least 150 W is recommended to have sufficient reserve.
• Maximum length per power feed:
From about 5 m of continuous length, feed from both sides or add additional power feed points. This prevents voltage drop and brightness differences towards the end of the run.
• Do not forget the GND connection:
Even with separate power supplies, the ground between the controller and the strip must be continuously connected, otherwise data errors will occur.
• Compatible controllers:
An SPI controller that supports the WS2814 protocol is required, for example, a WLED controller or SPI decoder. Pure WS2812B controllers are not compatible.
• Do not operate rolled up:
The strip must not remain on the roll during operation, otherwise heat will build up.
• Seal the IP65 version:
Seal open ends after cutting with an end cap and silicone adhesive.
• Prepare the surface:
Before gluing, clean it thoroughly, dry, and free of grease. The strip must not be bent or bent around edges.
• Test before installation:
Power the strip at full length, check data and colors, and only then attach it.
